The early signing period is over. The transfers are eligible. The recruits are locked down. And even though the Rhode Island Rams basketball season is six months away, we have a pretty good idea what Rhody’s 2013-14 roster is going to look like. Plus, Dan Hurley recently gave a few quotables on some of the new players at a season ticket-holders event this week. There’s no doubt about it – excitement is in the air. So here’s what Hurley and Co. will be rolling with:

SENIORS (1) – Xavier Munford

At this point, Rhody fans know what they’ll be getting from X. Simply put, the dude gets buckets. And while he was charged with carrying URI’s scoring load last season, it stands to reason that that won’t be the case this year. The Rams have added a lot of different offensive options, so Munford could play a very different role this year. But rest assured, he’ll still get his points. Also, how awesome is it that he’s the only senior? This team is built for not only this year, but beyond.
