Rhode Island Rams Basketball to Hold Open Practice Tomorrow Evening

Basketball season is right around the corner, folks. And tomorrow will mark one of the many unofficial kickoffs when the Rhode Island Rams hold their first open practice before they head to Italy for 10 days. Dan Hurley himself was the first to report the practice earlier this month:

Exact details, coach? Well we’ve got those too, courtesy of GoRhody.com:

In conjunction with their upcoming 10-day trip to Italy, the Rhode Island men’s basketball team will hold an open practice session on Wednesday, July 31 from 5-7 p.m. at the Thomas M. Ryan Center.

Fans are encouraged to come to the Ryan Center that night to watch the Rams make their final on-court preparations before leaving for Italy on Aug. 2, getting an early start to the 2013-14 season. Rhode Island men’s basketball season ticket holders will have reserved premium seating for the open practice.

Even though season ticket holders will get priority seating for the practice, it is open to the entire public, season ticket holder or not. Any of our loyal readers going? Let us know in the comments!
